This coin has an unusual bust type-- heroic nude, with drapery on either shoulder. The bust type is not in RIC, though this coin is RIC Vii Siscia 580, because that edition of RIC folds all bust types into the same number, only a different obverse legend gets a new RIC number.

Maximianus is giving off a strong Hercules vibe.

Maximianus
A.D. 289- 290
22mm    3.9g
IMP C M A VAL MAXIMIANVS P F AVG; heroic nude bust right, with drapery over shoulders.
CONSERVATOR AVGG; Maximianus holding sceptre, and Hercules, leaning on club; standing face to face, sacrificing at altar; B in right field
In ex. XXIKOY
RIC V Siscia 580

I just picked up another heroic nude bust with drapery on either shoulder. The difference is the obverse bust P F AVG verus P AVG

Maximianus (286-305), antoninianus, issued c. 290. Siscia, second officina, 3.69g, 23mm.
Obv: IMP C M A VAL MAXIMIANVS P AVG; Radiate bust right, heroically nude, with slight drapery on both shoulders.
Rev: CONSERVATOR AVGG / B / XXIKOY; Maximianus, holding sceptre, and Hercules, holding club, standing facing one another and sacrificing over tripod between.
RIC 581var.
