Someone got a great deal...this coin just sold for 15 euros.

RIC only lists workshop P for RIC VII Rome 225, but the last letter looks more like an S.

Yes, hard to say and not possible to be sure from the poor picture...I wish the picture was better. Actually I wish I had seen it a couple minutes earlier and I would have been able to see it in hand.
