Constans FEL TEMP horseman from Siscia without spear

The soldier on this Constans FEL TEMP from Siscia (RIC 211) doesn't have a spear...it looks like the engraver forgot or is it tooled (or overly smoothed) --the seller is known for being loose with due diligence. Two other 211's below to compare with.
