RIC lists this type with the head of Constantinopolis right, but this example is left. There are two reverse types for this issue- Roma with head left and Constantinopolis with head right. This example is Constantinopolis because the Roma types do not have the prow. RIC also describes this coin as right foot on prow and the plate coin has the prow on the left side, though I have seen another example with the prow on the right side.
