Julian II VOT X from Arles with eagle in badge
« on: October 06, 2017, 10:49:56 AM »
Here is a rarer type from Arles with an eagle in the badge on the wreath. Siliqua with this design are more common than bronze examples.

RIC VIII unnecessarily complicates this issue by assigning different RIC numbers based on obverse breaks.

RIC 324   IVLI-ANVS
RIC 325   IVL- IANVS
RIC 326   IVLIA- NVS
