The Trier standards usually have no drapery, but can have small drapery, like your coin. No drapery was the norm when the issue first started, then small drapery started to appear. Also, the standards don't make or break the RIC number. For the GLORIA EXERCITVS from Trier in RIC VII, the RIC number is assigned based on obverse legend, bust type, mintmark/ field mark and two standard or one standard; though RIC does state what type of standard is normally found.
